TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) ONLINE SALES AND TAX OBLIGATIONS Online sales fall under mail order sales and, therefore, do not require an invoice as per Article 22 of Presidential Decree No. 633/1972. Similarly, they do not require the issuance of a receipt as per Article 2, Letter oo) of Presidential Decree No. 696, dated December 21, 1996.
2) DEFINITIONS
“Online Sales Contract” refers to the agreement for the sale of tangible movable goods from the partner company of dwellgadget.com, entered into remotely via electronic tools managed by the Supplier.
“Buyer” refers to the consumer, a natural person who purchases goods under this contract for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.
“dwellgadget.com” refers to the entity that promotes the sale of goods covered under this contract.
“Partner Company” refers to the entity responsible for selling the goods under this contract.
3) IDENTIFICATION AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
Supplier: The goods covered by these terms are sold by the Partner Company of dwellgadget.com, which is solely responsible for promoting the sale but not the transaction between the parties.
Buyer: The Buyer confirms that the purchase is made for personal use and not for commercial resale.
4) OBJECT AND CONTRACT FORMATION The contract between the Partner Company of dwellgadget.com and the Buyer is concluded exclusively online. The Buyer submits an order request through the website, specifying the selected items and payment details. Upon order confirmation, an email or printable web page is generated to summarize the transaction. If requested, an electronic invoice will be issued by the Partner Company.
5) PAYMENT METHODS AND REFUNDS Accepted payment methods:
Cash on delivery
Bank transfer
PayPal
Credit card (handled by secure banking institutions)
The Partner Company reserves the right to verify payment authenticity. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 30 days.
6) DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS Products are shipped through designated couriers. Buyers must inspect the packaging upon delivery and report any damage immediately. Delivery times range from the same day to a maximum of 40 working days. Buyers will be notified in case of delays. Delivery times vary by location and external factors beyond the Supplier’s control.
7) SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS Within Italy, there are no additional shipping costs beyond those agreed upon at the time of purchase. For international orders, additional duties and taxes may apply and must be paid by the Buyer.
8) PRICING All product prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT for Italian deliveries. International buyers may be subject to additional import duties and taxes.
9) PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Product availability is updated in real time. If an order exceeds available stock, the Buyer will be informed and given the option to proceed or cancel the order.
10) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY dwellgadget.com and its Partner Companies are not responsible for delays or failures due to force majeure events, internet issues beyond their control, or fraudulent use of payment methods.
11) LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS AND DAMAGES No compensation is due if the Buyer was aware of a product defect and still chose to use it. The Buyer must prove any damages and their connection to a product defect.
12) BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS The Buyer agrees to:
Pay for purchased goods within the agreed timeframes.
Retain order confirmation details.
Acknowledge these terms before completing an order.
13) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Buyers may withdraw from the contract within 10 days of ordering by emailing contact@dwellgadget.com, provided the goods have not yet been shipped. If the product has been delivered, the Buyer must return it in original condition within 10 working days at their own expense. A refund (excluding €25 shipping costs) will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of returned goods.
Exceptions to withdrawal:
Personalized or custom-made items.
Failure to collect goods due to Buyer negligence.
14) EXCHANGE POLICY Buyers may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving their order by emailing contact@dwellgadget.com. Buyers must cover shipping costs for exchanges, and returns will not be accepted for altered or tampered items.
15) PRIVACY POLICY dwellgadget.com ensures compliance with Italian data protection laws (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003). Personal data will be used solely for order processing and will not be shared except when required by law.
Buyers have the right to:
Request updates or deletion of their personal data.
Oppose the processing of their data for marketing purposes.

16) COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS All order-related communications are stored securely. Complaints should be directed to ceo-contact@dwellgadget.com.
17) CONTRACT DURATION AND MODIFICATIONS Confirming an order implies acceptance of these terms. Any updates will apply to new transactions only.
